Subs and Labor LLC operates via a draw schedule with all their clients and only gets paid for COMPLETED work, invoiced to the client on the 1st and 15th of each month, billed on the following 8th and 22nd, respectively. For example, a job completed on the 31st of the month is invoiced to the client the following day (the 1st) and billed on the following 8th, meaning the subcontractor gets paid as soon as the check on the 8th clears.
