Roof Scope
- Original Shingle Removal
- Remove all gutters
- Replace with Tamco shingles (match if possible)
- Replace rotted plywood capped at 6 sheets (if any)
- Roofer to supply all materials, disposal, cleanup, and permits
- Remove and replace 95 sqft of the damaged soffit (see photos) with builder grade/match materials soffit
- Remove and replace 63 linear ft of damaged fascia with builder grade/match materials fascia
- Install 120 ft of gutters on AC side and front of house, and 3 downspouts
Note: after accepting a bid, all extra work above the scope must be written in a change order.

For example, a job completed on the 31st of the month is invoiced to the client the following day (the 1st) and billed on the following 8th, meaning the subcontractor gets paid as soon as the check on the 8th clears.
